If a shipment is lost in transit, we will reprocess or reship the order after a 15-day waiting period and customer confirmation, subject to product availability.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number, courier details, and expected delivery date.

If products from different shipping categories are selected, the dispatch date will align with the longer shipping time.

The courier company may also impose additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case-to-case basis.
